Yin Yoga Classes

Yin Yoga is a beautifully gentle, yet powerful practice. 

​

It involves long (3-5mins) passive holds of traditional Hatha postures, supported by props where required.

​

Yin Yoga focuses on joints and connective tissue, increasing flexibility and mobility.

​

It is a meditative practice that turns on the parasympathetic nervous system, reducing symptoms of stress and anxiety.​​​
